Nirvana Wealth Management is looking for motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships and providing personalized financial planning solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Prospect and schedule meetings with potential clients
- Assess client financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Create and execute marketing and business development strategies
- Conduct regular client reviews and adjust financial strategies when required
- Monitor client progress toward financial objectives
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field preferred)
- Ability to obtain required state and federal licenses
- U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or authorized to work on a 1099 basis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
- Interest in financial planning, sales, and client advisory services
